Making a Cup of Espresso Bialetti Using "Moka Pot"

Espresso Bialetti is a technique to make espresso which is firts introduced in Italy by Alfonso Bialetti in 1933.

First, prepare the Moka pot. separate the water reservoir with reservoir container of coffee. Then fill the water in the water reservoir using hot water and covered with coffee container (container holey).

Second, sprinkle the coffee powder into container of coffee.

Third, flatten the coffee powder (don't press) then close and tighten the reservoir container of coffee on it.


Keempat, panaskan moka pot diatas kompor dengan api sedang.


fourth, heat the moka pot on the stove in medium heat

wait until esspresso rose approximately 5 minutes
It should be noted that you should add more coffee grounds and note the amount of water. If you can weigh it first as heavy as approximately 8-9 g, while the amount of water is not more than 125 ml. The goal is to produce a concentrated coffee (espresso) espresso although unequal with the results of the use Presso / espresso machine ( manual espresso maker)
